The Granville Selectboard has approved a state mandated town-wide reappraisal for the 2026 Grand List. The Town Assessor will begin site visits in January 2025. The purpose is to verify the current interior and exterior information of your property to determine its fair market value. The last time a town-wide reappraisal was completed was 2008.
