CHANGES TO VERMONT OPEN MEETING LAW-ACT 133 (S. 55) EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024
Go to the full text PDF of ACT 133 (S. 55) effective July 1, 2024.
This act shall take effect on July 1, 2024, except that Sec. 5 (1 V.S.A.
ยง 312(k)) shall take effect on January 1, 2025.
